Serving on the College & Young Adult Team at Crossroads Church is a unique opportunity to walk alongside young adults as they navigate one of the most formative and transitional seasons of life. This team is all about building authentic relationships, fostering meaningful conversations, and creating a welcoming community where college students and young adults can explore faith, ask hard questions, and grow in their relationship with Jesus. Whether you're leading a small group, helping host events, mentoring one-on-one, or simply showing up with consistency and care, your presence makes a difference.
