Serving on the Worship Team at Crossroads Church is about more than just music—it’s about leading people into the presence of God through authentic, Spirit-led worship. Whether you’re a vocalist, instrumentalist, or serve behind the scenes supporting the worship experience, your role is vital in creating an atmosphere where people can connect with Jesus in a deep and meaningful way. We’re looking for team members who are passionate about worship, committed to growing in their craft, and willing to serve with humility and excellence.
You don’t need to be a professional musician, but we do value skill, preparation, and a heart that puts God and others first. The team practices regularly, receives ongoing coaching, and works together to ensure each service is not only musically strong but spiritually impactful.
