The YES! Team at Crossroads Church plays a crucial role in supporting individuals who have recently made a decision to follow Christ. This team warmly welcomes new believers, providing encouragement, guidance, and practical next steps to help them grow in their faith. As a YES! Team member, you’ll meet with people to answer questions, pray with them, and connect them to resources and community opportunities within the church.
Your role is to create a safe and supportive environment where new followers of Jesus feel valued, equipped, and empowered to take their next steps in spiritual growth. No prior experience is necessary—just a heart for helping others and a desire to walk alongside people early in their faith journey. Serving on the YES! Team is a rewarding way to make a meaningful impact by nurturing the faith of those who are just beginning their walk with Christ.
